Welcome to our returns page for our ecommerce website. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we strive to make the process as easy as possible for you. Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. This means that if you want to return a product, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to do so.

Please note that if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item you want to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please keep in mind that there are certain goods that are exempt from being returned. Additionally, we can’t accept returns for gift cards or downloadable software products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This is necessary to verify that the item was purchased from our website.

Please don’t send your purchase back to the manufacturer, as we’ll take care of the return process for you. However, there are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted. For example, if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Another example is if you return an item without prior authorization, more than 30 days after delivery.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of its status. This email will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific number of days.

In case of delayed or missing refunds, we suggest checking your bank account first. If the refund hasn’t been posted, please contact your credit card company as there might be some processing time before the refund is officially posted. Additionally, please contact your bank if required.

Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items, unfortunately, are not refundable.

Restocking Fee

For all returns, a restocking fee of 20% will be charged to cover the costs of processing and handling. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.


In the case of defective or damaged items, we’re happy to replace them for you. Please contact us at sales@jawadis.us to initiate an exchange request for the same item.


If the item you received was marked as a gift during purchase and was shipped directly to you, we’ll issue a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll email you a gift certificate.

However, if the item wasn’t marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we’ll issue a refund to the gift giver. They’ll receive a notification about your return.

Shipping Returns

To initiate a return, please mail your product to the return address provided in the email. We highly recommend using a trackable carrier with a tracking number for your return shipment.

Please note that you’ll be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For more expensive items, we suggest using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. While we make every effort to receive your returned item, we don’t guarantee its delivery to us.
